During this pandemic all over the world we decided to share the awareness about Corona virus (Covid-19) and how to word under these circumstances and what are the 14 health rules in every work place, the government aids for the companies and workers during Covid-19
During the COVID 19 pandemic, we have started our employee online training programme which was in 1 session for 3 hours. Subjects like, discovering your skills, social identity and feedback were discussed during the training.
In order to continue our training programs, we have started out entrepreneur online training which was for 2 days and for 2 hours for each session. Subjects like company types in turkey, needed documents to establish a company, accountant responsibilities and duties, general information about the tax system in turkey,
The COVID-19 outbreak also affected the Spark project. Because in the event of a pandemic, there is no opportunity for classroom training. Therefore, the training went online and the trainees joined them from their home. In this concept, there were two weeks of online training between April 6 and April
Because of the COVID 19 pandemic and in order to protect the one’s who wants to join our trainings, we have started our employee online training programme which was for 3 hours. Subjects like work permit, work law in Turkey and CV writing were discussed during the training.
Within our continuous projects we have arranged a training programme with SPARK to deliver an online training for more than 100 students in different cities.
We gave an On-site training in Best Moda Tekstil for 14 Syrian employees and also in Hilton Kozyatağı branch in Istanbul for 8 Syrian employees. The training was about work labour law ,work culture and work communication and they got their participation letters after the training.
