All our trainings are based on active learning, where the trainer acts more like a coach or a facilitator rather than a trainer. Active participation is guided by using many different materials such as online training, flipcharts, computers, individual worksheets, exercises, questionaries and different types of working styles such as plenary, group works, subgroups, individual works and sometimes private coaching when needed.
The most important thing is the approach, putting the participant in the center of the training, guiding him question himself/herself, going deeper, letting them discover themselves. Participants would take this as an open invitation.
