The meeting was held on 23 October with the participation of 84 representatives from 46 institutions composed of private sector, public institutions and non-governmental organizations. The enhancement of refugee employment conditions panel session started with an opening speech of Begüm Tüte Selvi, Inditex Sustainability Project Coordinator; reminding the importance of registered employment. Hasret Güneş, United Work Business Development Manager, has received the first word and explained how we contribute to the registered employment and what are the challenges faced in this process; the solution is supported by all legal decision-makers and said that all institutions can be provided through increasing employment. In this sense, Ms Güneş also mentioned the importance of employers to be included in adaptation trainings as well as the adaptation trainings for employers.
