Kipaş Holding is employing over 5000 people in their textile production units and 270 of these are refugees. As we have started the collaboration planning meetings during 2018, we have provided these refugee employees with our social and cultural adaptation modules on-site in January. The modules took us 10 days in Kahramanmaraş and was held in 5 different production locations in the city.
