As a long-term partners in the field, united work and inditex had an online meeting and have shared their concerns over covid-19 pandemic and its effects on the refugees. Unfortunately, pandemic has affected all industries and refugee employees very severely. We have shared our knowledge and collaboration ideas on the market. Most importantly, we have shared our new field support on new refugee employee module on covid 19 including the precautions, focusing on “what is covid-19 virus (general must-have information, symptoms and misunderstandings about the virus and precautions), nation-wide effects of the virus and measures taken, influence of the virus on workplaces and new business culture and government support for businesses and employees affected by the virus.
