On 22nd January 2019, Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) hosted an introductory meeting of the project entitled “Experts Hands”. We attended this meeting took place with the participants of high-level officials of public institutions and local authorities, representatives of the private sector, and press members. The Expert Hands Project (Mahir Eller Projesi) will determine the professional skills of 30,000 people, the competence of 20,000 people will be documented, and employment will be provided for 3,000 people. Funding by the Europen Union, the project would be implemented by TOBB, in partnership with Economic Policies Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV).
