United Work held a meeting with Fuzul Group and positions of suitable candidates were discussed according to Fuzul Group’s need. Fuzul Group wants to hire call center and human resources positions.
In cooperation with the SPARK organization, United Work have prepared for 25 trainee Legislation Orientation Training and implemented online training for SPARK students regarding work environment in light of Covid-19 and the governmental and health instructions that must be followed in the workplace to ensure workers’ health and work continuity.

We met with the company for our candidates who received tourism training within the scope of the project we conducted with the ILO. Due to the pandemic, they do not have many guests from the Middle East, but they want to hire a few candidates.

Calzedonia is a new contact for us as they recently decided to hire an Arabic speaking sales representative for their Falconeri store in Istanbul. We are assisting them for all hiring processes and hopefully, there will be more available positions in other stores of the brand as well.
We have held an online catch up meeting with our long term partner Boyner. Unfortunately retail is still under the effect of the pandemic and new normal and we adjusted our collaboration schedule accordingly.
Since the pandemic and restrictions has begun to show lower and lower impact, we would like to determine and prioritize our focal points, H&M and UW has explored new areas to collaborate including trainings and development for their supply chain.
After the pandemic and removed restrictions, we would like to follow up with our key partners to update each other. M&S has informed on the current situation with the supply chain and we reverted with possible assistance we could offer.
