Call Center Agent


We are looking for “Arabic Speaking Call Center Agents” for a Call Center Company we are in collaboration with. Hired applicants will work on updating the customer database of one of the leading telecommunication service providers in Turkey.

Application criterias are:

* Having a temporary protection card registered in İstanbul or formerly being a Syrian refugee who now holds Turkish citizenship

* Having no obstacles to be applied for a work permit

* At least Lower-Intermediate level of Turkish speaking ability addition to having formal Arabic speaking skills

* Having strong keyboard skills

* Residing in Asian side with easy commute to Kartal

* Having participated to United Work – Job-fit Support Program

**Please note that it is a project-based position and the project duration is 2 months.
