Burçin Oflu is a member of the United Work Consultant Team. She is an expert on search and selection, career planning, training and development with more than 6 year experience in both HR departments of companies along with a consulting firm. Her job at United Work includes enabling Syrian refugees get employed in participant companies, besides matching refugee manpower with the staffing needs of the participant companies she also mentors Syrian refugees to improve their employable skills with the intention of expediting their adaptation into Turkish job market.
Before joining United Work, she worked for Children International in Washington Dc, United States and also attended some volunteer projects such as handing out food to the homeless people in the local churches and building playgrounds in the community schools. She holds a labor economics and industrial relations B.S degree in Uludağ University and she has her Master’s Degree at Marmara University Faculty of English Business Administration.
